Position Summary
The Operations Support Desk Representative is the first point of contact for the field leadership team.  Representatives are responsible for providing accurate election related information in response to various inquiries, troubleshooting problems and providing solutions to issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and document inquiries professionally ensuring accurate information
  • Follow-up in a timely manner on all inquiries not resolved immediately
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
  • Accurately document unresolved issues as per guidelines
  • Document all interactions with Field Leadership Team in an on-line ticketing system
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Education, Skills, and Abilities

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Strong verbal and written(Typing) communication
  • Competency with Computers and smart devices
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Previous call center experience an asset but not mandatory
  • Professional attitude when dealing with the field leadership team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of election information.

Working Hours

  • Call center hours will vary between 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays (during the election period)).
  • Flexible shifts available both full-time and part-time
  • No vacation will be granted from date of hire to October 31, 2024.

Compensation: $25/hour
